What is Really Causing Your Money Blocks
As a heart-centred person with a purpose, when you have fears around money it is not only you that is being held back. It is all of the people that you could be helping with your purpose.
By clearing your fears around money, not only are you opening yourself up to a life filled with ease and happiness, but you are opening yourself up to the people who need your work; those who want to pay for what it is you can offer them.
When you have fears around money, you:-
- Worry about what people think
- Offer your services or products for cheap or for free
- Don’t believe that people would pay for what you have to offer
- You stay in a job that doesn’t fulfil you because you’re too afraid to take the leap and do what it is you love.
The list goes on, and the effects can be damaging to your overall happiness, your emotional and mental wellbeing, as well as your physical health.
Underneath the fear, there are a whole host of limiting beliefs and trapped emotions creating a low-vibrational frequency of energy within you, and it is this that is keeping you stuck.
It is your low-vibration that is causing you to worry about failing, not being good enough, what other people think, and not charging what you would deep down like to be charging.
There is a misconception that you can raise your vibration just by thinking positive thoughts, or going for a walk in nature. This is true to a certain extent. But what these kinds of activities do is raise your transitional vibration. This is the vibration that determines how you feel in the moment. It fluctuates day-by-day, and hour-by-hour. It is important to manage your transitional vibration. But this alone will not raise your overall vibration.
It is your stored vibration that is keeping you stuck. The low-vibrational emotions that are trapped within your physical body, causing limiting beliefs. Causing you to feel weighed down and heavy. Making everything feel like a struggle no matter what you do to try to feel good. It is your past traumas, and your past experiences that are stored within you that are holding you back and preventing you and your work from shining so that those who need you can see you.
Becoming aware of your stored vibration is the first step to releasing your fears around money, because this is where they all lie. Take a moment right now and tune into your physical body. Take a few deep breaths and set the intention to connect to your Higher Self. Now ask, “how high is my stored vibration”. Be honest, and allow yourself to receive the answer. Feel into the answer. On a scale of 0-100%, how high would you say your stored vibration is?
To give you an idea, a few years ago when I first became aware of stored vibration, my percentage was at 27%. This was after spending an intense year of training to be a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, studying and practicing the Law of Attraction and doing everything else I could to ‘manifest’ my dream life. This explained why my attempts were unsuccessful. I wasn’t addressing the root cause. I wasn’t releasing the stored vibration. I am now completely free from all of my past fears and low-vibration. It is LIBERATING!
If you really want become unstuck and free from your money fears, this is where you need to start. Not repeating affirmations that are not true for you. Not writing gratitude lists when really you are full of resentment, frustration and fear. And not ignoring your negative thoughts and feelings and trying to change them to positive ones, because this does not make them go away.
Set the intention with your Higher Self to start releasing. This takes courage and it takes patience. It requires you to dig deep into what has been buried away for possibly years. Name those feelings. Name those limiting beliefs, and let them go. Create new Truths, and start living those Truths.
- The Truth is I am ready to let go of my money fears.
- The Truth is I desire to be free from money fears.
- The Truth is I am courageous enough to face my low-vibrational emotions and release them.
- The Truth is I have let money fears block me for too long now.
- The Truth is my work is needed.
- The Truth is I can do this.
- The Truth is it is ok to ask for help if I need to.
- The Truth is I am loved and supported.
