Releasing Trapped Emotions from your BodyJun 21, 2021
In last week's post I explained what trapped emotions are, and how they can affect your physical and mental wellbeing.
This week I wanted to give you some tips on how you can start releasing your trapped emotions, low vibration, or emotional baggage, whatever you want to call it.
The first step to any self-healing is to connect to your Higher Self. If you're not sure how to do this, have a listen to my Connecting to Your Higher Self Meditation (see the audio above).
Once you have a connection, ask your Higher Self to highlight any trapped emotions you have that are ready to be released.
Relax and allow yourself to receive.
You may be brought to a past experience, and to the emotions that you experienced.
Let the insight and understanding come to you, from a place of self-love, with the intention of letting it go,
Find compassion, for yourself and for those who may came to be so disconnected to have caused your suffering.
From this place of new understanding, create some Truths.
- The Truth is it wasn't my fault.
- The Truth is it is my responsibility to let this go.
- The Truth is I allow myself to let this go.
- The Truth is I desire to let this go.
- The Truth is I am ready to let this go.
Feel the release. Allow the release.
Take time with this process. It is not something that can be rushed. Feel into your Truths and notice if there is any resistance. If there is, repeat the process and try to create some different Truths that resonate.
