Hi there, I'm Karen,Â
Founder of The Frequency Factor™, mother of two, electronic dance music and indie lover (especially 90's!), and someone who is fascinated by the impact our frequency has on the quality of our lives.Â
My own healing journey began in one of the hardest times of my life, grieving the loss of my mum while raising a baby and a toddler, whilst in struggling relationship and a job that left me feeling limited and stuck.
Despite appearing to be holding it together on the outside, inside I felt empty, lost and numb.
I tried all the mindset and positivity tools, journaling, meditation, manifesting techniques and various other kinds of inner work - but something was always missing.
What finally started shifting everything was when I started understanding the impact of my inner frequency coding and my energetic blueprint.Â
Releasing what was trapped in my body from my own and ancestral past, trusting what was true for me, and learning how to live from the energy of who I really am - not who I’d been trying to be or what I felt I should be - transformed my life.Â
In fact, that reconnection didn’t just change my life - it ignited it. And that’s exactly what I now help others do through this work.
