Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is not like any other form of yoga you may have tried. It is described as a technology designed to awaken the kundalini energy that we all have lying dormant at the base of our spine.  This is our life force, our essence, our awareness.

Why do we want to wake this energy? So that we can reach our full potential as humans, to recognise and establish the power within us. So that we can be happy and feel free. 

Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breath, mantra and meditation.  It is suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility.


KundaDance®, created by Maya Fiennes, is a 60-minute fun, uplifting, cardio/dance session that combines Kundalini Yoga, Thai Chi and Qi Gong. KundaDance® takes you on a journey through the chakras actively aligning your body, mind and spirit. It's an amazing way to shake away fears and insecurities, and cultivate more energy and vibrancy in your life.

A Kunda Dance session is divided into 7 sections, each lasting approximately 7 minutes. Each section works on a different chakra, working our way up from root to crown.
